The Forest Spa Health Suite is a complete self contained area within the Bracknell Sports Centre and is closed to the public while we use the facilities there, your privacy is assured, access to the area is controlled via intercom and remote controlled doors, the intercom and door are operated by one of our members, therefore you will not be in contact with any other users of the centre or the centre's staff whist you are in the nude, the only people to see you will be the members of the club, and they will also be nude.
a hot environment with low humidity helps you relax,
and can also be beneficial to the skin.
(a cross between a sauna and a steam room!), here the heat and humidity is more balanced and gentle on the body, but still have the same effects as the Sauna & Steam Room.
deep, warm water with spa feature, stand in the hot tub and allow your body to relax and feel the gentle massage of the spa jets.
again just like the hot tub but here you sit while enjoying the spa jets gently massaging your body.
here you sit at the edge of a small pool of warm water, with bubbles gently massaging your feet, to take away the stresses.
the opposite of the sauna with high humidity and lower temperatures, but can have the same effect as the sauna, helps you relax, and can also be beneficial to the skin.
you can take a gentle shower in the rain, hot or cold,
or be showered from all angles at the same time, again hot or cold,
or for a more forceful experience there is the power shower, hot or cold, (just don't get knocked of your feet).
Lounge area, this is a central area within the suite, with tables and chairs, and also loungers, here you are able to sit or lie down and relax.
But the most beneficial of all, is the ability to enjoy all the above naked, as nature intended us to be, no soggy cossies clinging to your body and making you feel uncomfortable, in the safe knowledge that those around you are of the same mind, you will also find the atmosphere to be more friendly than the average textile sauna / spa, people here talk to each other on a wide range of subjects, and have a respect for one another, regardless of your shape, size, looks, scares, disabilities, you will soon find that the stranger sat next to you will no longer be a stranger but someone that you can share an evening with, relaxing, and enjoying the experience. It is difficult to explain what one gets from naturism, all I can say is that you need to try it to feel the benefits, you have little to lose, except your clothes, and maybe a few hang-ups.
